JOB OVERVIEW

Role Summary

We’re a marketing agency working with Podiatrists accoss the UK and Aus and we need a VA who can communicate clearly, summarise information fast, and send professional client updates using Loom voice recordings and WhatsApp.

This role is mainly about communication + execution, not “admin busywork”.
You’ll act like a proactive assistant who helps things move forward without needing constant follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Record Loom voice updates to explain tasks, results, and next steps
- Organise our website developer to make small website changes
- Send WhatsApp updates to clients in a clean, confident, professional tone
- Organise information into simple checklists and next actions
- Ask questions when something is unclear (instead of guessing)
- Proactive in quickly replying to the clients on WhatsApp
- Must understand when a client might need extra support if results are down
- Must be able to send a daily end-of-day updates

Payment Bonus:

- You get a bonus based on how long you keep clients
- You get a bonus if you upsell customers
- A pay review will happen after 30 days if you perform well
