JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a part-time Healthcare Outreach & AI Operations Specialist to support outreach, digital marketing, and AI automation initiatives for healthcare-focused service offerings.

This role requires hands-on experience with lead generation, social media marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and outreach coordination, as well as experience building and managing AI-powered virtual assistants and automation workflows. You will support both internal marketing efforts and client-facing implementations as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), including CRM management, funnel setup, email campaigns, and workflow automation. Experience with website building platforms (such as WordPress, 10Web, or similar) is also required.

This role works closely with leadership and the Healthcare Conversation Specialist to ensure outreach campaigns, automation systems, and AI assistants are executed consistently and professionally. The candidate must be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple digital touchpoints.

Required experience includes digital marketing execution, outreach coordination, GHL automation, AI virtual assistant development, email marketing, paid ads, and basic website development. Strategic direction, templates, and guidance will be provided, but hands-on execution experience is required.

This is a remote, part-time role with the opportunity to expand as client volume grows.
