JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a part-time HealthcareConversation Specialist to support outbound outreach to independent, physician-owned pain management clinics across the United States.

This role involves making professional outbound calls to medical offices, asking for physicians or practice administrators by name, and initiating conversations related to clinic operations. The primary objective is to identify the appropriate decision-maker and schedule qualified discovery calls.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly and confidently in fluent, professional English and is comfortable speaking with healthcare offices and front-desk staff. Strong verbal communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to engage in natural, respectful conversations are essential.

Prior experience calling medical offices, working in healthcare, or handling B2B outbound calls is required. Candidates must be comfortable navigating front-desk staff and conducting professional outreach conversations. Training, scripts, and clear guidance will be provided.

This position requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow a structured outreach process while adapting naturally during live conversations.

This is a remote, part-time role suited for someone who values professionalism, organization, and high-quality communication.
