JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Social Media Virtual Assistant who can take a content direction and strategy we provide and turn it into high-quality, engaging and on-brand social media content.

We will provide content strategy and ideas (including messaging direction, sample captions and structure)

Your role is to bring this to life through strong visual creatives, platform-appropriate formatting, smart scheduling and continuous improvement of how content is published.

This is not a purely administrative posting role.
We are looking for someone who understands how content performs and can apply that knowledge when executing.

? Your main responsibilities
- Design high-quality branded creatives using Canva / Canva Pro
- Apply our brand colours, fonts, logo and visual identity consistently
- Improve layouts, visual hierarchy and clarity of posts (not just place text on a template)
- Adapt content appropriately for Instagram, Facebook and occasionally ----------
- Lightly refine captions and formatting to suit each platform
- D ---------- and manage optimal posting times based on platform behaviour and engagement best practices
- Schedule and manage content using Buffer or GHL
- Monitor basic engagement and make practical recommendations to improve reach and interaction
- Maintain clean and accurate publishing (no typos, no broken links, no wrong tags)

???? Short-form video & Reels support
- You will also support short-form content by:
- Turning long videos into short clips
- Creating Reels using OpusClip, CapCut or similar tools
- Adding clean subtitles and basic visual styling

? Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management (not only design)
- Strong Canva design skills with brand consistency
- Experience using a scheduling tool (preferably Buffer)
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (nice to have)
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to follow a strategy while improving execution and presentation

? Bonus skills (highly valued)
Understanding of social media SEO and engagement practices
(hooks, captions structure, hashtags, posting times, platform formats)
Experience supporting business, coaching or professional service brands
