We are looking for a confident and experienced Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to join our coaching business.
Your main role will be to call business owners in the US (and occasionally Australia) to offer a free copy of our business book and qualify interest.
Clear communication, professionalism on the phone, and strong CRM skills are essential.
Your main responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to US and AU leads
- Offer a free copy of our book and explain the value clearly
- Ask qualification questions and capture accurate information
- Update and manage all call notes and lead data in GoHighLevel
- Tag and move contacts correctly inside the CRM
- Prepare clean and organised records for book fulfilment and follow-up
- Write clear call notes and short summaries after each call
Requirements (please apply only if you meet these)
- Proven experience with cold calling / outbound calling
- Strong, clear and confident spoken English
- Comfortable calling US businesses
- Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) – this is required
- Excellent attention to detail when entering data into a CRM
- Reliable internet connection and quiet calling environment
Bonus (not required, but highly valued)
- Experience building or editing automations/workflows in GoHighLevel
- Experience with lead qualification or appointment setting
