We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Content Creator and Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our Tik Tok and Instragram presence across various platforms. This role is crucial in building brand awareness, engaging with our audience, and driving traffic and conversions through creative and compelling content. As the Social Media Manager, you will be managing our Tik Tok, Tik Tok Shop, and Instagram. You will need the ability to use our current assets (we have a lot of clips of influencer using our products, podcasts, tutorials. etc) to create your own reals, videos and posts.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to grow followers and increase engagement.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok.
Must have experience working with Tik Tok Shop.
Create your own reels and post from our existing content.
Monitor social media trends, tools to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedules across all channels.
Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track KPIs and ROI.
Respond promptly to audience comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a positive online community.
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and credibility.
Ensure all social media activities align with brand voice, guidelines, and overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Deep understanding of Tik Tok and Instagram, their algorithms, and best practices.
Know how to create great hooks for the videos.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand content.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social, Koladata.
Experience analyzing performance metrics and generating actionable insights.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and multimedia trends.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing social media accounts and creating content for beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
With a pleasing personality
Knowledge of video content creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva,Instories).
Understanding of influencer marketing strategies on Instagram and Tik Tok
