JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to manage the following core responsibilities:

1. AI Voice Ordering System
We are looking to implement a system that can handle phone orders through voice recognition and process credit card payments. We are interested in a solution similar to those used in the restaurant industry or services provided by Amazon that convert voice to text and integrate with a Point of Sale (POS) system.

The system should be programmed to:

- Ask the customer for their order (e.g., "Wool or cotton?").
- Inquire about the desired size.
- Collect customer information, including name, address, and credit card details.
- Securely process the credit card and finalize the order.

2. Shopify Maintenance and Graphic Design
The role also involves upgrading and maintaining our Shopify website, as well as creating graphics for advertisements and banners.
