Position Summary
The Contracts & Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in managing subcontract agreements, maintaining corporate and jobsite compliance, and ensuring our operations meet the highest standards for safety, insurance, and regulatory obligations. This position supports the field and project management teams through contract administration, document control, vendor onboarding, and ongoing compliance tracking across multiple platforms and jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration
Review and track incoming prime contracts and flow-down terms.
Draft, issue, and manage subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, including insurance verification and contract execution.
Maintain a digital library of contract templates and executed documents.
Compliance & Insurance
Review and enforce project-specific insurance requirements.
Collect, track, and verify subcontractor and vendor certificates of insurance (COIs).
Maintain internal insurance tracking logs and notify stakeholders of expirations or deficiencies.
Safety & Regulatory Oversight
Review HSEQ policies and procedures to ensure alignment with OSHA, WISHA, and owner-specific requirements.
Collaborate with the Safety Department to update site-specific safety plans and policies.
Track completion of required safety documentation by subcontractors and vendors.
Platform Compliance (Avetta, ISNetworld, etc.)
Maintain active compliance profiles in prequalification platforms (ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce).
Submit and update documentation including insurance, EMR ratings, OSHA logs, and corporate policies.
Respond to platform compliance audits and client requests for verification.
