What You’ll Do

As our Lead Generation & Appointment Setter, your main goal is to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers. For those who can close deals, additional commissions are available—so your earning potential is truly in your hands.

Key Responsibilities:

-Source qualified leads using your own methods and resources (social media, databases, networks, outbound tools, referrals, etc.)
-Reach out to prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, messaging platforms, or other channels
-Qualify prospects according to our target criteria
-Book appointments or discovery calls with interested prospects
-Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and appointment status
-Collaborate with the sales/closing team for smooth handoff of qualified leads
-(Optional)* Close deals and earn additional commission
-Continuously refine outreach strategies to boost results

- Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales
