I am looking for a high-level Google Ads expert for a part-time, advisory-heavy role. The goal is to move past basic execution and focus on advanced strategy, technical architecture, and ROI-driven optimization. I am looking for a partner to help build the account correctly and provide ongoing strategic insights.
Required Experience & Strategic Knowledge
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of:
-Advanced Conversion Architecture: Expertise in $GTM$ (Google Tag Manager) and $GA4$ server-side tracking. You should know how to track the entire funnel, not just "button clicks."
-Mathematical Bidding Strategies: Experience managing the transition from Manual CPC to automated strategies ($tCPA$ / $tROAS$) and knowing exactly when the data "signals" are strong enough to make that switch.
-Quality Score Engineering: A proven methodology for improving Ad Relevance and Landing Page Experience to drive down the actual $CPC$ (Cost Per Click).
-Attribution Modeling: Knowledge of how Google Ads interacts with other channels and how to interpret "Data-Driven Attribution" to see the true path to conversion.
-Competitive Intelligence: Ability to use Auction Insights and third-party tools to reverse-engineer competitor budgets and keyword gaps.
-Landing Page Optimization (LPO): Ability to provide strategic feedback on UI/UX and copy to ensure traffic actually converts once it hits the site.
Collaboration Style
-Insight-Led: You are expected to explain the "Why" behind the data, not just report the "What."
-Flexible/Consultative: This is a part-time arrangement. I am looking for someone available for 2–5 hours per week for audits, strategic pivots, and high-level management.
-Business-Centric: You understand that a "successful" campaign is measured by profit margins and $LTV$ (Lifetime Value), not just click-through rates.
