We are a fast-growing premium streetwear e-commerce brand looking for an experienced Instagram DM Setter / Community Manager to manage daily messaging, community engagement, and light outreach.
This role focuses on authentic, one-to-one conversations with followers and customers — not spam, bots, or hard selling. You will represent the brand voice directly inside Instagram DMs and comments, so strong written communication and attention to tone are critical.
We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and comfortable handling high-volume conversations while keeping messages personal and natural.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to Instagram DMs and comments daily
Nurture existing customers and warm leads (relationship-first, no pressure selling)
Send personalized messages (no bulk copy-paste templates)
Re-engage past customers and active followers
Assist with outreach to creators or brands using provided lists
Track conversations, leads, and outcomes in Google Sheets
Flag high-intent leads and potential collaboration opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience managing Instagram DMs or social media inboxes
Strong written English with a natural North American / Western tone
Ability to write short, conversational, human-sounding messages
Highly organized and consistent with daily tasks
Comfortable following brand voice and messaging guidelines
Able to work independently after training
Bonus (not required):
Experience with e-commerce, Shopify, or streetwear brands
Familiarity with Instagram Business tools or Meta Inbox
