We Are Looking for a Business Development Specialist to Join Our Team!
Are you a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for eCommerce and Amazon? Do you have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships? If so, we want you on our team! As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and booking appointments with our Key Account Directors (KADs). Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound phone calls, text messages, and
• Create and send personalized video messages to increase engagement and generate excitement for potential meetings
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with eCommerce brands and Amazon sellers
• Perform market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, tracking lead progress and sales performance
• Upload data from spreadsheets or WhatsApp into the CRM as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree graduate
• Must have at least a year of business development experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in Amazon, eCommerce, or SaaS
• Ability to present confidently and negotiate with decision-makers
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms is a plus
• Comfortable creating and sending short, professional video messages for outreach
