JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and proactive PPC Specialist to take full ownership of our paid advertising ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing and scaling campaigns across Google/Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Amazon PPC.

This is a strategic role. For the first 60 days, your primary focus will be deep-diving into our existing campaign structures, understanding our best-selling products, and identifying our target market segments. Once you are fully onboarded, you will be expected to design and launch new campaigns based on your expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Audit & Learn: Conduct a thorough audit of existing accounts (Google, Bing, Meta, Amazon) to understand historical performance and current structure.
- Platform Management:
1. Google/Bing: Manage Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns. Optimize bidding, keyword matching, and negative keyword lists.
2. Meta Ads: Set up and manage conversion-focused campaigns. Monitor frequency, audience fatigue, and ROAS.
3. Amazon PPC: Manage Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display. Optimize ACoS and TACOS while maintaining organic ranking.
- Creative Strategy: Concept and suggest high-converting visual ideas for Meta/Social ads (images and video briefs). You don't need to be a professional designer, but you must understand what "stops the scroll."
- Strategic Growth: Proactively propose new campaign ideas, audience targeting strategies, and funnel improvements.
- Reporting: Provide weekly performance updates focusing on KPIs (ROAS, CPA, and Conversion Rate).

Requirements
- Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. (Amazon PPC experience is a major plus).
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy "nerding out" on data to find optimization opportunities.
- E-commerce Savvy: Deep understanding of the e-commerce buyer journey and how different platforms work together.
- Self-Starter: You don't wait for instructions on every small change; you take initiative to improve account health.

Working Hours & Salary
- Schedule: Flexible with 4 hour overlap.
- Salary: USD 1,300 - USD 1,600 / month based on experience
- Trial Period: There will be a paid trial period to ensure a good fit for both parties.

How to Apply
To ensure you have high attention to detail, please start your application with the word "Specialist ID - STRATEGY" and answer the following:
- Briefly describe your experience managing Amazon PPC vs. Google Ads vs. Meta.
- What is your favorite tool for keyword research or competitor analysis?
- Include a link to your portfolio or a screenshot of a successful campaign you've managed (blurring sensitive info is fine).
