JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:

We're a health e-commerce brand looking for a skilled video editor to create high-converting Facebook/Instagram ads. You'll be editing UGC-style content and direct-response ads similar to brands like Ryze, Norse Organics, Everyday Dose, and Hike Footwear. Guaranteed minimum of 10 videos per week.

Required Skills:

Experience editing Facebook/Instagram/TikTok ads
Strong understanding of direct-response UGC-style content
Knowledge of brands like Ryze, Norse Organics, Everyday Dose, Hike Footwear
Understanding of hook-retention and pattern interrupts
Proficient in Veo3 for AI video generation
Experience with deepfake voice cloning and AI voiceover tools
Skilled in using Nano Banana for voice synthesis
Fast turnaround (2-4 hours per video)
Reliable internet connection
Fluent in English
Available during UK time zone hours (8am-5pm GMT)

Daily Responsibilities:

Editing UGC-style direct-response ads
Generating avatars using Veo3 AI video generator
Creating and cloning voiceovers using deepfake voice technology
Producing natural images and creators to turn into video using Nano Banana
Adding captions and text overlays
Creating hook-driven content that stops the scroll
Following direct-response frameworks (Hook-Problem-Solution-CTA)
Integrating provided scripts and AI-generated voiceovers
Basic sound design and music selection
Following brand guidelines
Meeting 24-48 hour turnaround deadlines

Technical Requirements:

Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
Experience with Veo3 AI video generation platform
Knowledge of deepfake voice cloning tools (ElevenLabs, Resemble AI, or similar)
Proficient in Nano Banana voice synthesis software
Experience with vertical video (9:16) and square formats (1:1)
Understanding of Meta ad specs
Ability to work with Google Drive
Strong attention to pacing and retention
Comfortable integrating AI-generated content with real footage
