Role Overview
We’re hiring a Client Success Representative with a strong background in B2B sales, cold calling, and client-facing communication. In this role, you’ll support assigned clients by managing outreach, scheduling, follow-ups, and ongoing customer relationships while maintaining clear organization and professional communication.
You should be confident presenting on Zoom, comfortable handling both operational tasks and client conversations, and capable of representing a client’s brand with polish and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Manage calendars, communications, and sales-related activities
Join and lead professional Zoom calls
Conduct monthly or quarterly business reviews
Sales & Outreach
Perform B2B cold calling,
Track leads and book qualified appointments
Clearly communicate client value propositions
Prepare meeting agendas and post-call summaries
Reporting & Presentations
Monitor KPIs and submit weekly and monthly reports
Deliver polished Zoom presentations using decks or demos
Prepare slides and follow-ups for key meetings
Ideal Candidate
Near-native English fluency
Proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling
Confident and professional Zoom presenter
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple client accounts
Tech-savvy (CRM, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Requirements
3+ years in sales, business development, or client success
2+ years in a client-facing, presentation-heavy role
Availability during U.S. business hours
Reliable high-speed internet with backup
Professional home office setup with required equipment
Compensation & Benefits
PHP 60,000–75,000/month (DOE)

Mock Zoom Presentation #1 (Filipino Foods or PH Travel)
Mock Zoom Presentation #2 (Client slide deck)
Candidates will have up to two business days to prepare for each presentation. One emergency reschedule is allowed; repeated reschedules or no-shows will result in disqualification.
