JOB OVERVIEW

We are JIN Kimchi, a fast-growing F&B brand based in Singapore.

Today, we operate 12 locations with over 60 employees.

We’re now looking for a strong Finance Manager to own our finance operations.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PH time)
Approximately ~40 hours per week

Salary
PHP 24,000 monthly + KPI-based performance bonus

Bonus is tied to:
Accuracy.
Speed.
Clean books.
Timely reporting.
Cashflow visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Data Entry
- Enter bills, expenses, and transactions accurately
- Maintain clean accounting records
- Ensure documents are properly filed and labeled

Approval Flows
- Manage bill and expense approval workflows
- Follow up on pending approvals
- Ensure expenses follow company policy

Supplier Invoices
- Request invoices from suppliers
- Match invoices to POs or delivery notes
- Check accuracy before submission
- Flag discrepancies early

Employee Claims
- Process staff claims
- Verify supporting documents
- Track claim status
- Prepare claims for approval and payment

Revenue, KPI & Performance Analysis
- Track daily / weekly revenue
- Monitor key finance KPIs
- Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities
- Provide feedback to management on where to improve margins or reduce costs

P&L & Reporting
- Prepare and review Profit & Loss statements
- Help explain variances month-on-month
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Assist in month-end closing

Chart of Accounts & Aging Reports
- Maintain clean chart of accounts structure
- Ensure expenses are coded correctly
- Review Accounts Payable aging
- Review Accounts Receivable aging
- Follow up on overdue items
- Flag cashflow risks early

Finance Operations
- Prepare basic financial reports
- Work closely with operations and HR
- Support audits when required
- Continuously improve finance workflows and systems

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in accounting or finance
- Strong data entry discipline and attention to detail
- Experience handling invoices, expenses, and claims
- Comfortable with approval workflows
- Able to generate and read P&L statements and explain basic variances
- Experience managing chart of accounts and aging reports
- Able to analyze KPIs and provide simple business insights
- Strong written and spoken English
- Organized, reliable, and process-driven
- Able to work independently in a remote setup

Additional Requirements:

- Have used QuickBooks
- Are familiar with Google Sheets
- Enjoy building cleaner finance systems
- Worked with Notion previously.
- Work in PH Deal
