JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Creative Production Assistant (Junior) to help us produce short-form video ads and image ads for paid advertising.

This is a fast-paced, execution-focused role. You will be editing ads regularly, creating variations, and improving creative through feedback and testing.

This is not a branding or creative director role. It is hands-on, production-oriented work.

What You’ll Be Doing

-Edit short-form video ads (Reels / TikTok / Stories)

-Create image ads using templates and references

-Produce multiple variations of the same idea

-Make revisions based on feedback

-Deliver work consistently and on time

What We’re Looking For

-Comfortable editing every workday

-Understands testing, variations, and iteration

-Reliable and responsive

-Can follow instructions and improve with feedback

Junior to mid-level editor (this is not a senior role)

Tools You Must Know

-CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro

-Canva

-Google Drive

-Experience with short-form ads is a plus.

Pay & Terms

-$600/month (starting)

-Full-time

-Paid trial required before confirmation
