Performance Creative Specialist – Meta & YouTube Ads
(Video, Images & Artwork | Creative Only – No Media Buying)
About Us
We’re a performance-led digital marketing agency working across multiple clients and industries. We don’t chase trends or “vibes” — we create conversion-focused creative that drives action.
This role is 100% creative.
No media buying. No ad account management. No budgets.
Your job is to produce video, images, and artwork that convert.
Your Role (Creative Only)
You’ll be responsible for performance creative across formats:
Create high-converting video ads for Meta
Design static image ads, carousels, and artwork built to drive clicks, leads, and sales
Develop strong hooks, headlines, visual hierarchies, and CTAs
Produce multiple creative angles per offer (hooks, visuals, copy, layouts)
Iterate creatives based on performance feedback (CTR, hold rate, conversions)
Work closely with strategists to align creative with offer and audience intent
???? You will NOT:
Set up campaigns
Manage ad spend or targeting
Touch media buying or reporting dashboards
What We’re Looking For
You must understand conversion psychology, not just design.
You have:
Proven experience creating ads that convert (video + static)
Strong understanding of:
Scroll-stopping imagery
Visual hierarchy and contrast
Direct-response copy + creative alignment
How images influence CTR and conversion intent
A portfolio showing ads that were actually used in paid campaigns
Tools you’re comfortable with:
Adobe Premiere / After Effects / CapCut
Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva (used properly, not templated spam)
This Role Is NOT For
This is not a role for:
Media buyers
Brand-only designers
Organic social content creators
People who prioritise aesthetics over performance
If your work focuses on “looking good” instead of converting, this isn’t the role.
Why Work With Us
Work across multiple offers and industries
Clear standards and fast feedback
Pure creative ownership — no media headaches
Your output directly impacts revenue
