JOB OVERVIEW

TWENTY TWENTY is Australia's specialist Amazon and marketplace agency, helping brands scale across Australia, the UK, and the US. We are a Preferred Amazon Solutions and Ads Partner running Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP for brands across supplements, kitchenware, sporting goods, and consumer electronics.

We are hiring a senior PPC specialist to own Amazon ad accounts end-to-end: strategy, setup, optimisation, reporting, and insights. You will work closely with our Performance Manager but you will not be micromanaged. This is an internal-facing delivery role where your analysis drives client results.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Amazon Sponsored Ads end-to-end: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
Campaign strategy built to account goals, then executed and optimised: search term mining, bid management, structure improvements
Budgets, pacing, and performance trends across multiple accounts
Performance reports with insights and next-step recommendations, not just data dumps
Growth opportunities identified and risks flagged before they become problems
Major event execution: Prime Day, EOFY, and promotional periods

YOUR GROWTH PATH

We are building out our Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud practice. As you establish your accounts, you will get hands-on DSP and AMC exposure with training from our senior team. If you want to move beyond Sponsored Ads, this is the role that gets you there.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Minimum 4 years hands-on Amazon PPC management, agency or multi-account experience preferred
Strong Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display experience
Highly analytical: you can explain exactly why performance changed, not just that it did
Structured and organised across multiple accounts
Proactive: you bring recommendations forward before being asked
Strong written English for reporting and internal communication
Australian business hours

HOW TO APPLY

Start your application with the word PACING so we know you read the full ad. Then include:

Your CV
The largest monthly Amazon ad spend you have personally managed, and across how many accounts
One performance improvement in this exact format: category / monthly ad spend / ACOS or TACOS before and after / time period
Your answer to this scenario (a short paragraph): an exact-match keyword is running at 60% ACOS, well above target, but it drives organic ranking on the account's hero ASIN. What do you do and why?

Your availability and internet speed

Applications missing any of the five items will not be considered. Shortlisted candidates receive a short paid assessment: we send you an anonymised search term report and you record a 15-minute video walking through what you would change.
