JOB OVERVIEW

TWENTY TWENTY is a performance-led Amazon & marketplace agency helping brands scale across Australia, the UK and the US. We work with ambitious brands and focus on structured execution, strong analysis, and measurable results. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Amazon PPC Specialist who takes ownership of account performance and brings proactive recommendations to the table.

About the role
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Amazon Advertising well and wants responsibility. You will own Amazon ad accounts end-to-end, from strategy and setup through to optimisation, reporting, and insights. You’ll work closely with a Performance Manager but will not be micromanaged. This is an internal-facing role focused on delivery, analysis, and tracking.

What you’ll be responsible for
• Owning Amazon Sponsored Ads including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• Building and executing campaign strategies aligned to account goals
• Ongoing optimisation including search term mining, bid management, and structure improvements
• Monitoring budgets, pacing, and performance trends
• Preparing clear performance reports with insights and next-step recommendations
• Identifying growth opportunities and flagging risks early
• Collaborating with Retail and Performance leads to align ads with wider account strategy
• Supporting major sales events such as Prime Day and promotional periods

Who we’re looking for
• Minimum 4 years hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC accounts
• Strong experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• Comfortable owning accounts without constant direction
• Highly analytical and able to explain performance changes clearly
• Structured, organised, and able to manage multiple accounts
• Proactive communicator who brings ideas and recommendations forward
• Strong written English for internal communication and reporting
• Able to work Australian business hours and work with the team
• Exposure to Amazon DSP or Amazon Marketing Cloud is highly regarded but not required

What success looks like
• Accounts are well-structured, well-paced, and consistently optimised
• Performance trends are understood and clearly explained
• Recommendations are proactive rather than reactive
• Issues are flagged early with suggested solutions
• Managing internal tracking of work and results
• You are trusted to run your accounts and also support wider team.

How to apply
Please include your CV, a short summary of Amazon ad accounts you’ve managed, one example of how you improved performance on an account, and your availability and internet speed. Applications without Amazon PPC experience will not be considered.
