Are you an experienced HighLevel specialist who takes pride in attention to detail and loves learning new tools and features?
We’re especially looking to welcome a woman into this role to help balance our team and bring a fresh perspective to our internal systems. If you enjoy everything about HighLevel and love organizing, optimizing, and staying ahead of the curve, we’d love to speak with you.
This is a part-time, long-term opportunity (5–20 hours/week) with flexibility and room to grow. You’ll help us stay on top of HighLevel and AI advancements, implement them into our internal setup, and guide us on best practices.
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our GoHighLevel workspace—not just follow SOPs. You’ll help us streamline, structure, and innovate how we use the platform for both internal operations and client-facing systems.
You’ll help us:
- Organize and maintain our internal HighLevel setup
- Set up and optimize calendars, funnels, automations, pipelines, etc.
- Implement and experiment with AI Agents and new HighLevel features
- Build systems that help us and our clients work more efficiently
- Keep us updated weekly on new GHL features and opportunities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with clarity and care
- Attend our weekly team call (Mondays at 10am ET)
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of hands-on HighLevel experience
- Understand funnels, automations, DNS/subdomains, calendars, pipelines, A2P, etc.
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and love making systems run better
- Enjoy learning and teaching new tools (especially AI inside GHL!)
- Communicate well in English (written + spoken)
- Are independent, responsible, and proactive
- Have stable internet and a backup option
- Can commit 5–20 hours/week, consistently
- Are happy starting at $6/hour (USD)
Compensation:
$6-10/hour, paid twice a month
(We review performance regularly and reward reliability and excellence.)
