JOB OVERVIEW

We’re an AI first company. This role is for a producer who uses AI daily to create, refine, and ship polished deliverables fast.

You will use AI tools to support:

Writing: outlines, drafts, rewrites, examples, prompts, variations

Editing: tightening, clarity passes, tone consistency, QA

Design support: image generation for book and workbook visuals, icons, diagrams, simple illustrations

Production: templates, formatting, and publishing ready files

You’ll turn raw inputs (notes, transcripts, voice memos, messy outlines) into finished products: short guides, workbooks, event packets, and other branded assets.

What You’ll Produce
Publishing

Short nonfiction guides and book manuscripts

Print ready interiors and ebook files (Amazon KDP compliant)

Prompts, checklists, worksheets, glossaries, resource pages

Metadata packages when needed (descriptions, keywords, categories)

Event and Business Assets

Workbooks, attendee guides, handouts, and templates

Slide friendly outlines, speaker notes, run of show docs

One pagers, program guides, sponsor packets, branded PDFs

AI generated visuals: simple diagrams, icons, illustrations, and cover concept comps

Key Responsibilities
1) AI Assisted Writing and Content Creation

Use AI to accelerate writing, expand ideas, and create structured teaching content

Convert transcripts into clean chapters, lessons, and step by step guides

Produce strong hooks, frameworks, examples, scripts, and action steps

Maintain a consistent voice and series style across deliverables

2) AI Assisted Editing and Quality Control

Use AI for editing passes but apply human judgment so content is not generic

Remove repetition, tighten language, improve clarity, and strengthen flow

Fact check core claims and flag anything that needs verification

Create quality checks so every deliverable meets standards before submission

3) AI Powered Visual Creation

Generate and refine visuals using AI image tools for use in books and event materials

Create simple diagrams, icons, charts, and illustrations that support learning

Maintain clean, professional design consistency

Deliver visuals in usable formats (PNG, SVG when possible, print safe resolution)

4) Layout, Formatting, and Production

Format print interiors for Amazon KDP (paperback and optional ebook)

Build workbook layouts with professional typography, spacing, and structure

Create reusable templates for faster production over time

Deliver production ready files: print PDF, editable source file, and export versions

5) Workflow Ownership

Manage a content calendar and production tracker

Hit deadlines without constant supervision

Maintain organized file naming, version control, and handoff notes

Required Experience

Strong writing ability for educational or how to style content

Demonstrated experience publishing and or producing books on Amazon KDP

Strong formatting skills for print and digital documents

Daily hands on use of AI tools for writing and production

Ability to create AI generated visuals suitable for business and publishing use

Self starter with strong follow through

Required Tools Competency

You must be proficient with AI tools such as:

ChatGPT or Claude for drafting and editing

An image generation tool for visuals (Midjourney, DALL E, Ideogram, Canva AI, or similar)

Basic design and layout tools (Canva, Adobe, Vellum, Atticus, Google Docs, Word styles)

AI Process Proof

A short screen recording or written walkthrough showing your AI workflow:

outline to draft to edit to final

and image creation for a simple visual

Include the prompts you used or a representative sample of them

Writing Samples

2 to 5 samples that show structure, clarity, and teaching ability

Published Proof

Links to at least 2 Amazon listings you contributed to

State your role for each: writing, editing, formatting, upload, listing, etc.

Formatting Samples

1 print interior PDF sample

1 workbook or branded PDF sample

Visual Samples

3 to 6 AI generated visuals you created for business use

Briefly explain what tool you used and the goal of each visual

Paid Test Task for Finalists

You’ll be given a short topic or transcript excerpt

Deliver:
