Part-Time Operations Virtual Assistant

I’m hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the backend of a real estate business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, clear processes, and doing work accurately the first time. You’ll be supporting daily operations, marketing execution, and administrative workflows so the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Experience is not required. Accuracy, follow-through, and reliability are. This is a long-term, part-time position with room to grow. You’ll be working closely with the business owner and will be trusted to handle tasks independently once trained.
What You’ll Be Doing
Admin and data entry tasks
Scheduling and coordination
Light marketing support (Canva, posting, basic video clips)
CRM updates and organization
File management and basic bookkeeping support
Training is provided.
Hours
Part-time
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Time
Work must be completed during these hours
What Matters Most
Strong written English
Very high attention to detail
Comfortable following instructions exactly
Organized, dependable, and responsive
Able to work independently once trained
Real estate or VA experience is a plus, not a requirement.
Tools You’ll Use
Canva, Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Follow Up Boss, QuickBooks, and other basic systems. You don’t need to know everything, just be willing to learn.
