JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I’m the founder of a successful crochet design brand with a large online audience, and I’m looking for a detail-oriented Social Media & Content Operations Assistant to help manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across multiple platforms.

This role is execution-focused, ideal for someone who enjoys following systems, using checklists, and helping creative content reach more people. Strong English fluency.

Bonus if you crochet, but not required.

* About the Role *

You’ll help manage posting and engagement across:

Facebook (via Metricool)
Instagram (feed + stories)
YouTube (community posts)
Reels (basic editing)
ManyChat (automation setup)
Most content (patterns, tutorials, captions, and media) will be provided. Your role is to organize, schedule, post, and help keep conversations active.

* Responsibilities *
Daily / Weekly Tasks:

Schedule Facebook posts (12/day) using Metricool
Schedule YouTube community posts (3/day)
Post Instagram content (feed + 3 carousels per week)
Publish Instagram + Facebook Stories (approx 5/day)
Edit 3 short Reels per week (simple cuts, captions, basic formatting)
Set up ManyChat triggers and automation flows
Respond to comments and engage with audience (about 30 minutes, 4x per week)
Follow posting calendars and content checklists
Organize content folders and schedules

* Requirements *

Please apply ONLY if you have:

Experience scheduling posts on Facebook + Instagram
Comfortable using tools like Metricool (or similar schedulers)
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
Familiarity with Instagram Stories + Reels
Strong attention to detail
Reliable internet + computer
Good written English
Ability to follow systems and SOPs

Crochet or crafting experience
ManyChat experience
Pinterest or YouTube Community posting experience
Previous e-commerce or digital product experience

* Hours *

Part-time (15-20 hours per week to start)

Long-term position
Flexible schedule, but must meet daily posting deadlines
