We’re hiring a QuickBooks-savvy Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage the finances for a growing U.S.-based logistics company. We have about 100 transactions a month.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bank and credit card reconciliations
2. Monthly expense allocation and categorization
3. Monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
4. Maintain accurate books and identify/correct discrepancies
5. Support accounting needs for items like depreciation and other accrual-based entries
Requirements
1. Strong, proven experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
2. Advanced Excel skills (reports, pivots, lookups, reconciliations)
3. Solid understanding of U.S. accounting principles
4. Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
What We’re Looking For
This is not a data entry role. We need someone who can think critically, troubleshoot issues, and proactively bring solutions—not just record transactions.
