We’re looking for an experienced A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to help us scale our e-commerce brands through data-driven experimentation.
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests across landing pages, product pages, offers, creatives, and funnels — turning insights into clear, actionable improvements.
Experience in the beauty or skincare niche is a strong bonus.
What You’ll Do
Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across:
Product pages (PDPs)
Landing pages
Funnels & checkout flows
Offers, pricing, and bundles
Copy, layouts, and UX elements
Develop clear test hypotheses based on data, user behavior, and psychology
Analyze results and translate data into clear recommendations
Prioritize tests based on potential impact and effort
Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams
Continuously improve conversion rates, AOV, and revenue
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience running high-volume A/B tests for e-commerce brands
Strong understanding of CRO, user behavior, and conversion psychology
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Convert, Optimizely, or similar)
Ability to explain results clearly — not just the numbers, but the why
Detail-oriented, structured, and highly analytical
Self-driven and comfortable owning experiments end-to-end
Nice to Have (Bonus):
Experience in beauty, skincare, or wellness e-commerce
Experience using Intelligems (pricing tests, offers, bundles, subscriptions)
Familiarity with Shopify ecosystems
Experience optimizing for Meta Ads / TikTok traffic
Understanding of subscription models and bundles
Experience working with UGC-driven funnels
