We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns primarily on
This role requires more than basic campaign setup. You will be responsible for building content-driven, full-funnel advertising systems that warm cold audiences, pre-frame prospects, and support sales teams with higher-quality leads and shorter sales cycles.
You will work closely with creative, funnel, and sales teams to ensure paid traffic is structured correctly from first touch through conversion and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will revolve around planning, launching, and optimizing paid media systems across Meta (and occasionally Google), including:
1. Paid Social Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Build and manage full-funnel Meta ad campaigns across:
- Cold traffic acquisition
- Audience warming via video and engagement-based campaigns
- High-intent retargeting for leads, calls, or purchases
- Structure campaigns using appropriate objectives (Engagement, Video Views, Leads, Conversions) based on the user’s stage of awareness.
- Implement logical sequencing so prospects see the right message at the right time, rather than being pushed directly to an offer cold.
2. Audience Development & Retargeting Systems
- Create and manage advanced custom audiences, including:
- Video view audiences (time-based and percentage-based)
- Social engagement audiences (ads, posts, profiles, pages)
- Website, lead, and CRM-based audiences
Build layered retargeting systems that:
- Increase familiarity and trust before conversion
- Address objections and common questions through content
- Support sales teams by improving show rates and close rates
- Manage exclusions and audience overlap to maintain efficiency at scale.
3. Creative Deployment & Testing
- Launch and manage multiple creative variations per campaign, including:
- Short-form vertical video (Reels-first mindset)
- Multiple hooks, angles, and messaging themes per offer
- Continuously test, rotate, and scale creatives based on performance data.
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure ads are aligned with audience psychology, buying intent, and funnel stage.
4. Performance Optimization & Scaling
Monitor and optimize key performance indicators, including:
- CPM, CPC, CTR
- Video hold rates and engagement
- Cost per lead, cost per booked call, and conversion rates
- Scale budgets responsibly while maintaining account stability and performance.
- Optimize campaigns based on downstream results (lead quality, sales feedback), not just surface-level metrics.
5. Tracking, Attribution & Account Health
- Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of:
- Meta Pixel
- Conversions API
- Custom events and conversion tracking
- Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies in collaboration with funnel or CRM teams.
- Maintain ad account hygiene, compliance awareness, and platform best practices.
- (Optional) Assist with Google Ads (Search or YouTube) campaigns when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for lead generation or sales-driven businesses.
- Strong understanding of:
- Audience psychology and buying behavior
- Content-based warming and pre-framing
- Retargeting systems and frequency management
- Ability to think strategically across the entire funnel, not just individual campaigns.
- Experience working with sales teams or lead-based businesses.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
- Experience advertising for:
- High-ticket services
- Home service businesses (including contractors)
- Agencies or consultants
- Info products or education-based offers
- Ecommerce
- Familiarity with CRM-driven funnels (e.g., call funnels, applications, booked calls).
- GoHighLevel expertise (for understanding integrations and managing sales pipelines and ad performance)
- Google Ads experience (Search or YouTube).
