JOB OVERVIEW

VoxFirm is looking for someone to execute our LinkedIn lead generation strategy and help us connect with law firms that may need SEO and digital marketing services.

You will NOT need to create the strategy from scratch.

We already have the strategy, positioning, offer, and process. Your job is simply to consistently execute the system and generate qualified sales meetings with law firms.

You will use your own LinkedIn account, but you do not need to worry about figuring out how to position or optimize your profile yourself.

We will help optimize your LinkedIn profile for the role and provide you with the strategy, messaging, and process to follow.

What You’ll Do
Use your own LinkedIn account for lead generation
Identify and connect with lawyers, law firm owners, and decision-makers
Follow our existing outreach and engagement strategy
Start and manage conversations with potential clients
Qualify interested law firms
Book qualified meetings onto our calendar
Keep track of conversations, follow-ups, and booked meetings
The process is simple and straightforward. We’re looking for someone who can follow an existing system, communicate naturally, and execute consistently.

Compensation
This is a performance-based role.

$100 USD for every qualified meeting booked

PLUS

10% commission when a deal you generated closes

Our services range from approximately $4,000 to $14,500 per month, meaning a closed deal can generate an additional $400–$1,450 in commission, on top of the qualified meeting payment.

A qualified meeting means the prospect attends the call for at least 15 minutes and has genuine interest in our services.

There is no cap on commissions.

Who We’re Looking For
You should:

Have an active LinkedIn account that you’re comfortable using for this role
Be comfortable communicating with lawyers and law firm owners through your LinkedIn account
Have strong written English
Know how to communicate naturally without sounding like a spammer
Be organized with follow-ups
Be consistent and reliable
Be comfortable with performance-based compensation
Be able to follow an existing strategy rather than constantly changing the process
Previous LinkedIn lead generation, appointment setting, prospecting, or sales experience is helpful, but it is not required.

You do not need to be an SEO expert or have previous experience working with law firms. We provide the direction and strategy you need.

We provide the offer, strategy, messaging, process, and help optimize your LinkedIn profile.

Your job is to run the system consistently and generate qualified conversations and meetings with law firms.
