JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time Salary: $6.00 per hour (Ability to double to $12.00/hr based on performance)

We are building massive awareness for our brand through viral ---------- s for women, and we need a content editor specifically for ---------- s. Our goal is simple: Maximum Engagement. We want likes, shares, and "omg so me" tags.

Your Daily Responsibilities
Hunt for Viral Clips: Find the funniest, most relatable, and trending clips of women (hot mess ---------- nts, girl-math, relationship humor, spiritual "woo-woo" vibes, skincare struggles).

High-Speed Editing: Take the clips we have, cut them for maximum impact, and add high-quality, "aesthetic" captions if you have ideas for them. But to start we will be giving you the ideas and frameworks for each ---------- to be made.

3x Daily Posting: Post on Facebook and Instagram during peak US hours (Morning, Mid-day, Evening PST/EST) whichever is preferred.

Growth Hacking: Our only metric for success is Shares and Comments. If women aren't tagging their friends, we aren't winning.

The Pay Jump
Starting at $6.00/hr: You follow our lead and handle the editing and posting.

Doubling to $12.00/hr: If you show us you can find the trends before they blow up and you can build out original ---------- ideas that start going viral, we will double your pay and potentially move to full time.

Requirements
Chronically Online: You understand the nuances of "Girl World" content.

Technical: Fast at CapCut/Canva Video. You know how to make a ---------- look clean, not "spammy."

Reliability: 3 posts a day, every day.

How to Apply
Subject Line: Must start with the word " ---------- ".

The Portfolio: Send us 1 ---------- s (video or image) that you think would get 1,000+ shares on a women's Facebook page.

Quick Question: What is a video clip or movie scene right now that is perfect for a "Me when..." ---------- ? Or something similar.
