We are a high volume real estate brokerage specializing in foreclosure, REO, and institutional listings. Our team works directly with asset managers, lenders, and government entities and operates in fast paced, compliance driven environment. Accuracy, consistency, and follow through are critical in this role. This is a long term opportunity for the right virtual assistant who wants stability, growth, and real responsibility in the REO space.
We are seeking an organized, detail driven Virtual Assistant to handle foreclosure and REO tasking across multiple client portals. Accuracy is crucial in this role. This position supports properties from assignment through closing and requires strong follow through, deadline management, and the ability to work independently within structured systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in portals, following task checklists, and maintaining compliance without constant oversight.
Primary responsibilities include completing all required tasks in REO and foreclosure portals, maintaining daily updates and status changes, monitoring deadlines and escalation requirements, and accurately uploading documents, photos, bids, and reports. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance across all client instructions and identifying missing or incorrect items before they become issues. Strong comprehension is needed in this position.
This role also includes coordinating with field staff and vendors, ordering inspections, occupancy checks, preservation services, and repair bids, and following up as needed. Inspections and bids must be reviewed for completeness and obvious discrepancies before submission. You will assist with BPO tasking and organization, including managing photos, comparable data, and required documentation.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating utility turn ons and shut offs, requesting HOA payoff statements and resale disclosures, assisting with title related items such as deeds, tax information, and lien data, supporting MLS data entry and updates when needed, and maintaining accurate internal records and tracking.
Prior experience with REO, foreclosure, or bank owned properties is required. Candidates must have hands on experience working inside REO client portals and a strong understanding of task based workflows, deadlines, and compliance requirements. Applicants should be prepared to list which portals they have worked in, how long they have handled REO or foreclosure files, and the types of tasks they managed on a daily basis.
Strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to work independently are essential. This role requires someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable with repetitive, accuracy driven work. Candidates must be able to troubleshoot issues as they arise and communicate clearly when escalation is needed.
Technical requirements include reliable high speed internet, a quiet home work environment, and proficiency with Google Workspace. Comfort using PDFs, spreadsheets, cloud storage, and task driven systems is required.
This is a full time position during Arizona, United States business hours. We offer a stable long term role with clear systems, structured training on our workflows and clients, and opportunities to grow into higher level REO coordination and oversight positions.
To apply, please include a brief summary of your REO or foreclosure experience, a list of portals you have worked in such as Equator, Pyramid, RESNET, Bid on Homes, or similar systems, and your availability to work United States business hours. Qualified candidates will be provided with a link to officially apply in our database.
