ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to help keep our B2B sales team running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining clean and accurate data in our CRM, generating reports, tracking sales activities, and handling administrative tasks that support our sales team’s success. You’ll also be a key point of contact for customers—answering phone calls, responding to emails, and ensuring they receive prompt, professional service. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sales Support & Process Optimization
• Support CRM data management, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Create presentations of product offerings for customers.
• Manage sales documentation, pricing, and contract processes.
• Automate processes (e.g., creating email automations).

Reporting & Analytics
• Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights on performance, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Monitor key sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in preparing dashboards and presentations for leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with sales, marketing, e-commerce, and customer service teams to drive projects forward.
• Support sales enablement efforts, including training materials and resources.
• Coordinate with IT and operations teams to improve system integrations and automation.

Administrative & Operational Support
• Manage and maintain sales tools, platforms, and databases.
• Assist with onboarding new sales tea ---------- mbers.
• Support order management, invoicing, and deal tracking.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience using SAP Business One and AirTable is a plus.

HOURS

• Standard hours: 9 AM - 6 PM CT, with weekend support needed ~6x per year during tradeshows.
• Flexibility required for availability outside of working hours as needed.
