Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth by managing enterprise client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing high-value SaaS deals. This role requires strong consultative selling skills, pipeline management, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Retention
• Identify and engage enterprise prospects to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
Sales Strategy & Execution
• Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Conduct market and account research to understand customer needs
Pipeline Management
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Solution Selling
• Understand client business challenges and position Allyable’s platform as the solution
• Deliver product demos and enterprise-level presentations
Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, product, SDR, and customer success teams
• Share market feedback and competitive insights internally
Negotiation & Closing
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Ensure contracts align with company policies and client expectations
Required Qualifications
• 3+ years full-cycle sales experience in SaaS / Cloud / Enterprise software
• Proven ability to consistently hit quota (USD $500k+ annually preferred)
• Strong experience managing complex pipelines and long sales cycles
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Startup experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
