We have a small business that is growing and we need someone to help with account management, integrations and customer success.
Job description:
- English expert
- Manage customer projects with CRM (Hubspot)
- Respond to Customer
- Work closely with Filipino and USA based teams
- Tasks assigned from Team to help out when help is needed
- Full time job (not working any other jobs)
Basic Skills / Need to Have
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts in clear, non-technical language to district stakeholders (e.g., walking districts through creating API credentials or setting up SFTP connections).
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, timelines, and follow-ups on projects such as large-scale migrations or onboarding districts.
- Familiarity with large data sets and the ability to analyze and understand key data schema structures.
- Critical thinking and inference skills to diagnose issues across complex data sets.
- Understanding of general error codes, HTTP status codes, logs, and data mapping (e.g., SIS fields, OneRoster).
- Understanding of CSV, JSON, and API-based integrations.
- Ability to recognize and resolve data quality issues (missing IDs, mismatched fields, invalid values).
- Ability to gather information on the problem and/or root cause and identify the appropriate party who can best help to resolve the issue.
Highly Preferred for Success
- Relational understanding of general database schemas.
- Basic knowledge of querying or scripting (SQL, Python, Cuelang).
- Familiarity with API testing and integration tools (Postman, Insomnia, etc.).
- Knowledge of OneRoster v1.1/v1.2, Clever, PowerSchool, ClassLink, and/or Ed-Fi standards. Alternatively, a general familiarity with data standards and schemas.
