Outdoor Hospitality Focus | Part-Time to Full-Time
We’re a fast-growing marketing agency that works exclusively with premium outdoor hospitality brands—luxury cabins, retreats, glamping properties, and unique stays. We’re looking for a marketer who already understands this space and wants to help scale some of the best outdoor stays in the country.
This role is for someone who knows how to drive bookings, not just clicks. You’ll own paid ads and
-What You’ll Do
Create, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns for outdoor hospitality brands (Meta primarily; Google a plus)
Write and send weekly
Build and optimize
Test creatives, offers, and messaging tied to occupancy, ADR, and revenue
Monitor performance and report weekly on results and insights
Collaborate on offers, funnels, and growth strategy specific to short-term rentals and retreats
-Who This Is For
You have direct experience marketing outdoor hospitality, STRs, cabins, glamping, or retreat properties
You understand booking cycles, seasonality, and traveler behavior
You’ve managed paid ads and
You’re data-driven, proactive, and comfortable owning results
You want to grow into a full-time role as the agency scales
