We run multiple private label brands on Amazon and take execution seriously. This role owns day-to-day Amazon catalog and brand operations: creating new listings, optimizing existing listings, coordinating creative assets (images and A+ content), managing cases, and partnering with our Amazon Strategic Account Services (SAS) rep to drive growth and resolve issues quickly. Amazon Ads experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Create new listings end-to-end, including parent-child variations, ensuring category compliance and accurate attributes.
- Optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend search terms using thorough keyword research to improve indexing and conversion.
- Work directly with graphic designers to produce main images, secondary images, infographics, and A+ content, providing clear briefs and quality control.
- Manage cases with Seller Support, including catalog fixes, detail page conflicts, brand registry issues, FBA discrepancies, and listing suppression; document actions taken.
- Partner with our Amazon SAS representative to execute strategic recommendations and track progress.
- Provide concise weekly reporting on listing performance, SEO improvements, case resolutions, and maintain SOPs for repeatability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central catalogs.
- Excellent English writing skills for copywriting and case communication.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Amazon Ads is an advantage but not mandatory.
