ABOUT US
We are a U.S.-based affordable housing development firm focused on identifying, underwriting, and acquiring land for multifamily and mixed-use residential projects. Our work supports the development of housing for seniors, veterans, and working families across high-growth U.S. markets.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Land Acquisition Analyst will manage land opportunities through the full acquisition lifecycle—conducting research, coordinating due diligence, speaking with planning departments, and directly prospecting landowners. Roughly 50% of the role is research and diligence, and 50% is outbound calling and owner engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Land Research & Due Diligence (?50%)
- Research land opportunities using GIS, public records, and online data sources
- Analyze zoning, land use, density, and development code
- Contact local planning & zoning departments to confirm zoning and development standards
- Organize diligence materials and flag risks early
- Maintain clean, accurate records in Salesforce

Owner Outreach & Prospecting (?50%)
- Identify landowners and decision-makers
- Conduct outbound calls to gauge willingness to sell
- Maintain professional conversations with U.S.-based property owners
- Log all calls and notes in Salesforce

Salesforce & Process Management
- Manage sites through the acquisition pipeline
- Update statuses, documents, and follow-ups in real time

QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with U.S.-based owners and officials
- Strong research, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously

PREFERRED
- Real estate, land acquisition, or sales experience
- Salesforce or CRM experience
