Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and highly skilled Website & Tech Systems contractor to manage, maintain, and optimize our entire tech stack. This role will ensure that our websites, Kajabi, GoHighLevel (GHL), automations, analytics, and integrations are fully functional, secure, and aligned with business goals. You’ll play a key role in maintaining excellent website performance, collecting accurate analytics, improving user experience, and supporting the entire team with IT tasks and troubleshooting.

You will be the ultimate owner of the operational integrity of our tech stack. This means taking full responsibility for ensuring all systems — including our websites, landing pages, email, and CRM — are consistently functional and well-maintained. We need someone who is proactive and available full time and in the off hours, weekends and holidays for critical systems issues. Whether it's a website outage or an email deliverability problem, you'll be the one to diagnose, fix, and restore full functionality promptly and effectively, without needing direct instruction. A critical part of this ownership includes routine and proactive testing and quality assurance for any changes, updates, or new integrations to prevent unintended disruptions and ensure seamless operation across our platforms.

The Contractor will provide website, systems, and automation support services to ensure the stability, performance, and optimization of the Company’s digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities & Accountable Outcomes

A. Website & Platform Management
*Metric: 100% site uptime and weekly performance checks complete

Website & Platform Management
- Maintain and update websites and landing pages (Wix, WordPress, Kajabi)
- Perform routine checks for uptime, broken links, and performance
- Implement content updates (pages, banners, pop-ups, forms, events)
- Manage plugins, updates, backups, and basic security practices
- Coordinate with third-party developers as needed
- Maintain domain and DNS health
Optimizing the website for AI and SEO
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices
- Optimize metadata, images, and internal linking structure
- Ensure accessibility across devices and browsers
- AI-Powered Search Optimization / AI SEO
Domain, DNS & Indexing Management
- Maintain domain integrity by auditing DNS records (CNAME, MX, A, TXT)
- Ensure nameservers are correctly configured, validated, and secure
- Perform weekly domain health checks to identify and resolve issues
- Monitor and maintain proper page indexing and search visibility
CRM, Automations & Integrations
- Build, test, and maintain CRM workflows and automations
- Configure pipelines, stages, and lead tracking
- Maintain integrations via Zapier or API
- Troubleshoot automation and integration issues
Support & Troubleshooting
- Serve as first point of contact for website support requests
- Be available during outages even during outside working hours
Assist in the design, launch, and connect opt-in pages, sales pages, thank-you pages, and forms
Keeping the website updated (including events, banners, pop-ups, and general page updates).
Regularly update text, images, multimedia, and event/course listings

B. SMS Campaign Automation
*Metric: 100% of workflows function without errors

- Build and test SMS reminders, and nurture sequences
- Export/import with different CRMs
- Ensure deliverability, opt-in/out compliance, and data accuracy

C. Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain website analytics and conversion/attribution tracking
- Tracking routine scorecard: website traffic, website reliability and uptime performance, Domain and DNS health and integrity, workflow automations
- Ensure data accuracy across platforms
- Deliver monthly performance reporting

D. e-Commerce Support
- Maintain accurate product listings and pricing
- Monitor store functionality and user experience issues

E. SOPs & Documentation
- Document system configurations and workflows
- Maintain organized SOPs and update continuously as needed

Qualifications & Skills Required
- 3+ years of proven experience maintaining and optimizing Wix, WordPress, Kajabi, and GHL
- Strong skills in CRM workflows, automations, and integrations (Zapier/API)
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce, website plug-ins, and performance tools
- Knowledge of Wix Analytics and SEO + AI best practices
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and proactive communication
- Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Experience with Wix, Kajabi, GHL, and other digital marketing tools
