We’re hiring a Product Management & Sourcing Assistant to support our Product Manager and Product Sourcer.
This role is focused on assisting with Amazon listings, product research, and day-to-day product support.
This is not an entry-level role. You should already have a good working understanding of Amazon listings and how products succeed on Amazon, and be comfortable learning, improving, and adapting over time.
Responsibilities
- Assist with creating, reviewing, and improving Amazon listings
- Support product research and sourcing efforts, including basic competitor analysis
- Troubleshoot common Amazon listing issues such as suppressed listings, variation errors, and attribute conflicts
- Assist with new product launches and updates to existing products
- Use AI tools where appropriate to improve efficiency and workflows
Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Amazon listings
- A good understanding of what makes a product successful on Amazon (demand, competition, pricing, reviews, differentiation)
- Experience resolving common Amazon listing and catalog issues
- Interest in using and adopting AI tools to improve productivity (prior experience is a plus, not required)
- English communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOPs

Schedule, Contractor Status & Compensation
- Independent contractor role (not an employee position)
- No benefits provided (no PTO, paid holidays, or other benefits)
- Contractors must provide their own equipment and reliable internet connection
- Expected availability is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
- Standard workload of 40 hours per week, tracked hourly
- If fewer than 40 hours are worked, pay is prorated
- No overtime permitted
Compensation:
- Starting at $350–$450 USD bi-weekly, based on experience and performance
- High performers may earn up to $700 USD bi-weekly over time
