Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

Company: The Southside Group Real Estate
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-Time (40+ hours per week)

About the Role:
The Southside Group Real Estate is hiring a full-time Real Estate Cold Caller / Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to work directly with our sales and marketing team. This role is focused on outbound calling to buyers and sellers, qualifying leads, setting appointments, and helping convert conversations into signed agreements and closed transactions.

This is not a part-time or side role. We are looking for someone who wants a long-term position, consistent hours, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving U.S.-based real estate team.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to buyers and sellers using provided dialers and scripts

Qualify leads by asking discovery questions and identifying motivation, timeline, and readiness

Set appointments for licensed agents

Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email

Accurately update CRM notes and lead statuses

Communicate clearly with the team regarding lead quality and follow-up needs

Represent the company professionally and confidently on every call

Requirements

Fluent English (strong verbal and written communication skills are required)

Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based buyers and sellers

Confident on the phone and able to handle objections

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Available 40+ hours per week

Coachable, consistent, and able to follow scripts and processes

Strong work ethic and performance-driven mindset

Nice to Have (Not Required):

Familiarity with the U.S. real estate industry

Prior experience as a cold caller, ISA, or telemarketer

Experience working with CRMs or dialers

Compensation:
$6 USD per hour (starting pay)
Bonuses paid on signed agreements and closed transactions
