JOB OVERVIEW

We are a social media marketing company that creates short-form video content (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) for our brands and clients.

You will be responsible for editing videos into high-performing Reels and delivering clean, engaging cuts that hold attention and drive results. Creativity, speed, and a strong feeling for pacing are essential for this position. There isn’t an income limit for you because this will be performance based.

You will be working closely with our team, following clear instructions, and improving videos based on feedback. We want someone reliable who can edit consistently, fast, and professionally.

Responsibilities:
• Full concentration & fast turnaround time
• Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/Shorts) daily
• Add subtitles/captions, basic effects, zooms, cuts, and smooth pacing
• Deliver engaging edits that keep retention high
• Work professionally and follow our editing guidelines
• Communicate clearly and take feedback seriously
• Organize files cleanly and meet deadlines

Requirements:
• Fluent level of English (for communication)
• High-speed internet connection
• Laptop/Computer capable of editing
• Experience with editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve etc.)
• Strong sense of timing, storytelling, and hook/retention editing
• Proactiveness, communication skills, and motivation
• Social media editing experience is preferred
• Agency / content production experience is a big plus
