About the Role
Appointment Setter – Financial Services (Mortgage and Financial Services)
Role Summary
We are hiring a phone-strong Appointment Setter to support our mortgage and lending team. You will be calling warm inbound leads who have already requested information. Your job is to qualify interest, start the application process, collect required documents, and book qualified appointments with licensed Financial Services Associates.
This is not cold calling. These are real leads. Success in this role comes from confidence on the phone, discipline in follow-up, and the ability to move people to take action.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Contact and Follow-Up
• Call warm inbound leads within assigned timelines
• Use phone, SMS, and
• Build trust quickly and keep the conversation focused
Qualification and Application Support
• Ask structured questions to confirm eligibility and intent
• Start the mortgage or loan application with the client
• Collect required documents such as valid ID, proof of income, and consent forms
• Ensure files are complete before passing them to the broker
Appointment Setting
• Book qualified appointments directly into broker calendars
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
• Prepare clean, organized files so brokers can focus on closing
CRM and Process Compliance
• Update CRM accurately with call notes and outcomes
• Follow scripts, compliance rules, and internal processes
• Maintain high daily call and follow-up activity
Performance Metrics
• Number of successful contacts
• Applications started
• Appointments booked and attended
• File quality and completeness
• Consistency and reliability
Who We Are Looking For
Required
• Strong spoken English and professional phone presence
• Comfortable speaking with clients in North America
• Confident asking questions and requesting documents
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Coachable, reliable, and performance-driven
Preferred
• Previous experience in sales, call centers, or appointment setting
• Background in financial services, mortgages, or lending
• Experience using CRM systems
Compensation and Growth
• P32,800 + Bonuses as high as P80,000 per month
