ActivationAgents.ai is an AI-driven growth platform helping coaches, consultants, and online businesses generate revenue through AI-powered lead re-engagement and conversion systems. We work with fast-growing brands focused on authority, scale, and consistent inbound demand.

We’re hiring a Marketing Automations Specialist to own and optimise the backend systems that power our marketing and revenue operations.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that automation isn’t just technical — it’s strategic. You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving automations that ensure leads are tracked correctly, workflows run smoothly, and data flows cleanly across our ecosystem.

This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable owning marketing automation systems end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and monitor automations using ----------
Set up and manage workflows, triggers, pipelines, and integrations inside Go High Level (GHL)
Implement and maintain accurate tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Configure, test, and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM) events, tags, and triggers
Support campaigns with correct tracking, segmentation, and data flow
QA automation logic and troubleshoot broken workflows, misfires, and data mismatches
Manage integrations between GHL, ---------- , GA4, GTM, calendars, forms, landing pages, email, and messaging systems
Assist with reporting dashboards and performance visibility where required
Document systems, maintain SOPs, and keep backend architecture clean and scalable
Proactively identify opportunities to improve automation efficiency and reliability

Required Skills & Experience

1–2+ years experience with ---------- (Integromat)
Strong working knowledge of Go High Level, including:Pipelines, Automation builder, Forms, calendars, tags, and campaigns
Experience implementing GA4 tracking and GTM configurations
Solid understanding of webhooks, APIs, and data mapping
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose automation issues and identify root causes
Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly via Slack and Loom
High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Experience with Zapier
Experience building or maintaining reporting dashboards (Looker Studio or similar)
Background in digital marketing, automation, or technical support roles
Familiarity with AI-driven workflows or CRM-based conversion systems
