Responsibilities
As a Credit Repair Dispute Specialist, you will be responsible for handling disputes from start to finish, including:
Online credit bureau disputes directly through:

Communicating directly with bureau customer service when needed
Working with client-provided logins and security codes to submit disputes inside online portals
Filing and managing:
CFPB complaints
BBB complaints
FTC identity theft reports
Uploading and managing documentation through online portals
LexisNexis disputes
Following company SOPs precisely while maintaining accuracy and compliance
Completing a minimum of 7 to 8 dispute cases per day
Requirements
Know How to file disputes directly through
Proven experience in credit repair disputing
Experience with online bureau portals is mandatory
Experience with CFPB, BBB, FTC, and LexisNexis disputes
Very fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
Strong work ethic and accountability
Communication with Clients to ensure they understand their results and process
Team-oriented mindset
Strongly Preferred (May Affect Hiring Decision)
Experience using DisputeFox
Experience using GoHighLevel
Applicants without DisputeFox or GoHighLevel experience may not be considered
