We are looking for a **Senior Operator** who has worked inside **7-figure+ E-commerce brands** and can prove it.

**About the Role**
We are a fast-scaling Health & Wellness brand. We move fast, we ship high volume, and we don't have time to hold hands.
We are looking for a **Versatile Right-Hand Person**. You are the "Swiss Army Knife" of our operations. One hour you might be updating product pages on Shopify, the next you are managing a team roster, and the next you are compiling data reports for the CEO.

You don't need to be told *how* to use the tools. You just need to be told *what* the goal is.

**Who You Are**

* **You are Battle-Tested:** You have worked for a large e-commerce brand before. You know what Black Friday pressure feels like. You know what happens when a winning ad scales and support gets flooded.
* **You are Tech-Savvy:** You know your way around Shopify, Slack, Notion, Asana, and Google Sheets (Advanced) without training.
* **You are Versatile:** You don't say "that's not my job." You say "I’ll figure it out."
* **You are Fast:** You can handle a high volume of tasks without getting overwhelmed or making sloppy mistakes.

**What You Will Be Doing (The "Versatile" Part)**
Because you are Senior, your day will vary. Tasks may include:

* **Operations:** Managing team calendars, ensuring SOPs are followed, and tracking daily KPIs.
* **Platform Management:** Updating collections on Shopify, checking inventory levels, or managing app integrations.
* **Reporting:** Pulling data from Facebook Ads Manager, Shopify, or Klaviyo to create clear daily reports for leadership.
* **Project Support:** Helping coordinate product launches, contacting suppliers, or organizing digital assets.
* **Gatekeeping:** Managing email inboxes and filtering noise for the leadership team.

**The Requirements (Proof Required)**

- 3+ Years Experience specifically as an E-commerce VA or Operations Manager.
- Must have worked for a store doing **high volume (1,000+ orders/day)**.
- Expertise in Shopify (Backend), Project Management Tools (Notion/Asana/Monday), and Google Sheets (Pivot tables/VLOOKUP).
- Flawless English (Written and Verbal).
- Ability to work in European timezones.
