**About the Role**
We’re a fast-growing, high-volume health & wellness e-commerce brand.
We don’t need a beginner. We need an **experienced operator** who understands the pace of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) advertising.
Your job is to ensure 15+ high-performance video ads are produced, quality-checked, and launched *every single week* without fail. You are the engine that keeps our production line moving.
**The Core Mission**
Your goal is simple: **Get 15+ videos live every week (Tuesday & Friday evenings).**
To do this, you will manage the entire production traffic system:
1. **Editor Workflow:** Assigning tasks (starting Sundays) and proactively managing the editing team so they never sit idle.
2. **Asset Pipeline:** Ensuring scripts are translated, voiceovers are recorded, and raw assets are organized within *hours*, not days.
3. **Launch Execution:** Managing the technical upload and QA process to ensure we hit our launch windows perfectly.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
* **Traffic Control:** You map out the week on Sunday. You assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress daily to ensure the Tuesday and Friday batches are ready on time.
* **Translation & Asset Speed:** You manage the daily flow of scripts to translators and VO artists. You ensure audio files are back same-day so editors can work the next morning.
* **Proactive Problem Solving:** If an editor is blocked, you unblock them. If footage is missing, you find a solution. You don’t wait for permission to keep things moving.
* **Quality & Launch:** You perform the final technical QA (audio levels, safe zones, correct links) and upload drafts to Ads Manager before the deadline.
**Who This Role Is Perfect For**
We are looking for an **Experienced E-commerce Coordinator.**
* **You’ve done this before:** You understand the difference between a VSL and a UGC mashup. You know how
* **You are hyper-organized:** You love checklists, Project Management tools (Notion/Monday/Asana), and clearing notifications.
* **You are reliable:** In e-commerce, "Launch day" is non-negotiable. You don't miss deadlines.
* **You handle pressure well:** We ship high volume. You need to be comfortable managing multiple editors and languages at once.
**Requirements**
* **Proven experience** in Creative Operations or Project Management specifically for **E-commerce or Performance Marketing.**
* Fluent in English (German is a plus, but not required).
* Technical familiarity with video specs (TikTok/Reels/Meta), basic editing terminology, and Ads Manager.
* Availability to work a flexible schedule (checking tasks on Sundays/Evenings for launches).
