**About the Company**
This role sits directly between strategy and execution.
You are not here to “just write ads” or “just edit videos.” Your job is to ensure that everything that gets produced actually hits the strategic intent, not just that it gets finished.
The Creative Lead acts as the quality gatekeeper for our creative output. You make sure that:
Scripts coming from copywriters are clear, sharp, and aligned with the big idea
Videos coming from editors are high-quality, well-paced, and strategically on point
Your two core ownership areas are:
- Script Quality – reviewing, refining, and upgrading scripts before they move forward
- Video Quality – reviewing video edits to ensure they match the intended message, structure, and performance standards
You ensure that every creative:
- Clearly delivers the big idea
- Matches the intended angle, positioning, and tone
- Meets a consistently high quality bar across the entire production pipeline

**Who This Role Is Perfect For**
We’re specifically looking for someone with a background as a:
- Senior Copywriter
- Senior Video Editor
- Creative Director / Associate Creative Director (Performance)
You’ve likely:
Worked in direct response or paid social
Shipped a high volume of ads
Developed strong instincts for what converts
Reached the point where you care more about quality and leverage than just producing assets yourself
**What We’re Looking For**
Strong understanding of performance creative (hooks, pacing, clarity)
Ability to give clear, specific, actionable feedback
Taste level high enough to spot “almost good” and fix it
Comfortable managing quality across multiple creatives
Organized, decisive, and not afraid to push back when needed
