I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing business. This role will start part-time (10 hours per week / $250 per month) with the opportunity to grow into more hours as the business scales.
This is a long-term position for someone who is organized, proactive, and has a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities may include:
• Inbox and
• Data entry and CRM updates
• Basic research (real estate, content, or admin-related)
• Scheduling, Phone Calls/ Texts and Calendar Management
• Uploading content or organizing files
• Canva tasks (Bonus if you have some creativity in design!)
• Following checklists and managing time efficiently
• Other general admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Excellent English (written, typed and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and dependable
• Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Proactive problem-solver (not waiting to be told every step)
• Positive, growth-minded attitude
• Reliable internet and computer with microphone and speaker
• Available during agreed-upon working hours
• Willing to learn about our businesses (real estate, lending, investing)
Details:
• Pay: $250/month
• Hours: 10 hours per week
• Location: Philippines (preferred)
• Start: Immediately
• Turnaround: Tasks completed within agreed timelines (often same or next day)
