Role Mission
Support senior salespeople by executing post-call follow-up, quoting, and CRM updates with speed and accuracy — enabling sales reps to stay focused on selling, relationships, and revenue growth.
This role directly contributes to increasing sales capacity from $3–4M annually to $6–10M annually.

Key Responsibilities
Post-Call Execution
• Listen to recorded sales calls to understand customer needs and next steps
• Summarize call outcomes clearly and accurately
• Draft professional, customer-facing follow-up
• Build accurate quotes in QuickBooks Online
• Coordinate with internal drafters and engineers to ensure correct configurations
• Manage revisions and updates to quotes efficiently Customer Communication
• Respond promptly to customer
• Maintain a professional, clear, and US-appropriate communication style
• Ensure customers feel supported, informed, and prioritized
CRM Management
• Maintain accurate deal records in HubSpot
• Update notes, deal stages, tasks, and follow-ups
• Ensure no opportunities stall due to lack of follow-up
Speed & Responsiveness
• Support sales response standards:
- First follow-up within 20 minutes
- Three customer touchpoints within 36 hours
• Maintain consistency and reliability under pressure Growth & Leadership (Future-Focused)
• Document repeatable processes
• Help standardize workflows as volume increases
• Prepare to mentor or oversee future sales support hires

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
• Exceptional written and spoken English
• Experience supporting sales teams, account managers, or sales operations
• Strong attention to detail (quoting accuracy is critical)
• Comfortable working closely with senior salespeople
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong
• Work with US Central Time zone: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Nice-to-Have
• QuickBooks Online experience
• Experience in construction, engineering, or technical products
