JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support our Shopify dropshipping stores with accurate and fast product updates. This is a pure execution role, focused on hands-on product operations.

** Shopify product pages you have updated or maintained
** Product images you have created or replaced (AI-generated images preferred, e.g., using Nano Banana Pro or similar tools)

Application Questions:
-- Do you have experience working with Shopify product pages? Please indicate the number of years and the number of Shopify stores you have managed.
-- Are you comfortable updating product descriptions and images?
-- Can you work accurately with Google Sheets?
-- Are you available for 33–36 hours per week?

Requirements & Skills:
** Shopify experience (must): At least 2 years of experience and have managed at least 3 Shopify stores
** High attention to detail
** Ability to follow instructions and SOPs
** Basic experience with Canva or AI tools like Higgsfield AI (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
** Updating product availability (OOS/variants)
** Updating product descriptions (materials, details)
** Replacing product images (AI-generated)
** Updating COGS and product status
** Maintaining accurate Google Sheets
