JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel CRM & Automation Specialist to help support tax professionals using our CRM system to build and scale their businesses.

This role focuses on managing automations, funnels, websites, and troubleshooting system issues inside GoHighLevel. You will be supporting real tax professionals during tax season, so attention to detail and ownership are critical.

This is not a basic VA role. This is for someone who already understands GoHighLevel and enjoys improving systems, fixing problems, and making workflows smoother.

What You’ll Be Working On
    •    Managing and optimizing GoHighLevel CRM systems
    •    Building, monitoring, and troubleshooting automations (email, SMS, workflows)
    •    Managing pipelines, tags, workflows, and permissions
    •    Building and improving funnels for:
    •    Webinars
    •    Trainings
    •    Lead capture
    •    Client onboarding
    •    Updating and maintaining websites inside GoHighLevel
    •    QA testing systems regularly to prevent issues
    •    Recording Loom videos to explain fixes and walkthroughs
    •    Supporting users in a fast-paced, system-based environment (especially during tax season)

Required Skills & Experience

You must already have experience with:
    •    GoHighLevel CRM
    •    Funnel and website builders
    •    Automation logic (email, SMS, workflows)
    •    Webinar funnels
    •    Form creation and integrations
    •    Google Sheets / Excel
    •    Loom (screen recording)
    •    Strong written English
    •    Supporting users or clients in a system-based environment

Work Schedule & Pay
    •    Part-time: 25–30 hours per week
    •    Availability during U.S. business hours
    •    Increased urgency during tax season (February–April)
    •    Pay: $11–$12/hour, based on experience and performance
    •    Opportunity for more hours and pay growth over time
