JOB OVERVIEW

Hello! I’m the founder of CC & Co. Designs | Interiors, a boutique interior design studio based in Dallas Texas, USA. I work with builders and developers on custom homes and luxury residential projects.

I'm looking for a talented and reliable virtual design assistant to add to my growing team. They must have a background in interior design, architecture, and 3D visualization. You will be required to ;

* Create Construction Design Books with all finish selections & measurements
* Build SketchUp renders with measurements and lighting packages
* Organize design files and specs in Google Drive
* Support my growing design business with creative and technical tasks
This is a long-term, full-time position (40 hours/week) for someone who’s smart, creative, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with me.

Responsibilities:
* Assemble Construction Design Books (PDF/Canva) with finish selections (paint, tile, flooring, hardware, lighting, etc.)
* Create SketchUp & REALISTIC UPSCALE renders (d5, lumion, enscape etc) for key rooms (kitchens, bathrooms, exteriors)
* Label selections and add measurements where needed
* Organize files in Google Drive
* Communicate proactively and meet deadlines
* Receive creative briefs and take initiative on production

Requirements:
****Licensed Architect or 3+ years drafting
* Experience with SketchUp, D5*, Enscape, V-Ray, & Lumion
* Experience creating realistic luxury residential home renders******
* Comfortable using Canva or PowerPoint to build client-ready presentations
* Strong English communication (written + video chat)
* Basic interior design or architectural knowledge (school or work experience)
* Reliable internet and computer setup
* Organized, positive, and excited about design

Salary:
$750–$1,150/month (depending on experience)
* Raises based on performance
* Long-term job security
